Soulflower Offers Workshop to Heal the First Chakra

Holistic Healing Arts Studio announces the second workshop in Spiritual Detox Series
STARKVILLE MS - Soulflower Healing Arts Studio has scheduled the second workshop in their experiential series, Spiritual Detox with Kaye Dorroh for October 14th at 9:30 AM.
"Do you feel disorganized, anxious and fearful OR rigid, stuck and immobile? These issues and others are related to an unbalanced first Chakra." states Dorroh. “It is of vital importance that we heal and balance our living energy centers to prevent stress, pain and other problems.” One of the practitioners at Soulflower, Dorroh has developed a Spiritual Detox series of experiential workshops that focus on healing the chakra energy centers. In Healing the First Chakra we will be reconnecting with our core; focusing on bringing health and healing to the first, or root chakra. Kaye will address the issues we tend to hold here and how they can manifest in our lives and bodies, including family issues, nagging aches and pains, stress, and a sense of being ungrounded. She will guide us through several processes including a meditation designed to help us detox and heal our chakras.
