Missed Appointments/Cancelation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you cannot keep an appointment with one of our practitioners, we request at least 24 hours’ notice, if at all possible so that someone else may be given the opportunity to receive services. You will be charged the full session fee for any appointment that you do not contact us to cancel. Missed appointments are NOT billable to insurance. If two appointments are missed without contacting our office, all future appointments will be canceled, and they will be rescheduled once the missed appointment fees are paid and a new agreement is in place.
