We offer weekly classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 PM, and Thursdays at noon and 1 PM. Investment: Members ~ 10, Guests ~ 15, First Time Visitors ~ 5 Core Classes are open to everyone regardless of level of experience.

Our Writing for Healing Circle is a safe and sacred space, an invitation to gather and support each other as we seek our authentic voices. We will examine our memories, experiences, and stories as we unleash our personal truths through our mighty pens! Come join our circle!
Thousandfold Thursday Meditation
Thursdays~ Noon & 1 PM
Looking for a midweek reset? A little calm in the midst of your storm?
Join Di for Thousandfold Thursday at 12p, 1p, and 2p for a 20-30 minute guided meditation to help you find that calm so you can recenter. Choose the time that works best for your schedule for your midday rest. The investment every third Thursday is an imperishable food item for the food pantry! Feed your neighbors while you feed your soul!
Yoga
Thursdays ~ 6 PM | MSU Rose Garden
This is an all-levels yoga group, and no prior experience is needed. Each week is different, highlighting a range of techniques and personalized for people of all ages and experience levels.
Weather permitting, Yoga will be held at the MSU Rose Garden. If the weather is not ideal, Yoga will be held at the Soulflower Studio.
