Missed/Cancelled Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you cannot keep an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice, if at all possible. You will be charged the full session fee for any appointment that you do not contact us to cancel. Missed appointments are NOT billable to insurance. If you miss two appointments without calling, future appointments will not be scheduled until a new agreement is made.
