"I came to my first guided meditation with Di last week and then I came to sit in the mindfulness room for lunch this week. I felt welcomed and cared for both times I was there. I’m so grateful I met Di and Miki. They are both amazing and made me feel loved. I highly recommend just walking in the door to anyone who is looking for a place to feel at home. I can’t wait for more experiences here." - Tori G. 4/21/2022
