Soulflower Healing Arts Studio was opened by Miki Bryant with the intention of providing an oasis for those who are seeking to reawaken their soul’s true purpose. In addition to a range of professional therapeutic services, the studio offers weekly core classes/healing circles that incorporate meditation, writing and yoga, as well as monthly community experiences that nourish the mind, body and spirit. Classes, transformational experientials, and professional trainings are also offered on such topics as hypnotherapy, Reiki, stress release, relationships, and personal and spiritual growth and development.
Studio Coordinator Opening
On a typical Monday-Friday workweek, this person will:
Coordinate HIPAA-compliant scheduling for all practitioners
Use web-based programs for scheduling, word processing, creating/using spreadsheets, organizing virtual files (Google Drive, Dropbox), use graphic design platforms such as Canva (not required, but desirable),use of point of sale/payment system (Square) to manage transactions and generate invoices, and do some degree of trouble-shooting (ex. manage printer issues)
Process and document client payments for all practitioners and services
Respond to phone calls, texts, emails, and social media DM’s requesting services
Serve as a wellness consultant in connecting our guests with appropriate services and products both within the studio and in the greater community
Serve as ambassador for Soulflower by conducting studio tours, welcoming and educating guests about Soulflower
Collaborate with our Event and Social Media Coordinator
Maintain membership records
Manage registration for all classes/events
Make weekly bank deposits
Process apothecary sales transactions and maintain sales records
Maintain office manual through regular revisions as protocols/routines change
Interact on our social media platforms in in a manner that aligns with Soulflower’s mission
Collaborate with other Soulflower guides and community partners on new projects
Contribute to maintaining a peaceful, comforting welcoming, orderly, tidy environment for our guests

Gets super excited about working where it’s common practice to wear our fuzzy house shoes, drink herbal tea, snuggle all the kitties and pups who visit us, and engage in conversations about raising consciousness, healthy foods and visits to Serendipity Hippie.
Has a secure source of income independent of this position

This is a contract position, Monday-Friday ~9am-4:30pm (hours vary on some days). Compensation package: weekly base rate + commission, 2 massage appointments/month, Studio pays for coordinator to attend our classes/events.

It is vital that our clients and guests have peace of mind that we are committed to maintaining our healing, nurturing and stress free environment. For that reason we have put into place a few protocols to support our clients, members and guests: ~ If you have an appointment scheduled and are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been exposed to someone infected with COVID, please contact our office to either reschedule or have your appointment moved to telehealth. We do NOT charge a cancellation fee for canceling or rescheduling appointments, so simply call/text the office so that we can reschedule at your convenience.
~ Keep all of your scheduled appointments if at all possible, schedule appointments with your regular practitioner to address any stress, anxiety, depression, grief or other disruptive symptoms that might have been heightened as a result of the pandemic, or engage safely in our group experiences such as Meditation, Writing for Healing or Yoga. We cannot emphasize enough that mitigation of stress symptoms is critical to maintaining a healthy immune system, and that experiencing a sense of connection creates health within the body and mind.
~If you are unable to keep an appointment due to illness and are experiencing the above mentioned symptoms, please let our office know this so that your practitioner can provide temporary assistance until you are able to come to the office or engage in vitual services.
